SportieVision.com is dedicated ensuring that our customers are able to see the games that they subscribe to however some issues our out of our control. Any SportieVision.com season pass or game ticket subscriber who fails to be able to watch the game they have paid for due to SportieVision’s technical issues, we will offer either a prorated return for the game that was missed or a complementary ticket for access to the next game. The customer needs to send an email to techsupport@sportievision.com and provide us with your name, Username, location of league, location of camera, date and time that you were having trouble. SportieVision.com will locate the problem and correct it as well as offer the rebate or free ticket to future game. SportieVision.com does reserve the right to monitor complaints for customers who have repeated technical trouble that is found to be unproven. SportieVision.com reserves the right to suspend any subscription who we feel is a repeat offender for unproven technical complaints.
Cancellation Policy
SportieVision.com wants each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with the subscriptions they purchase and they can cancel any seasonal pass subscription within the first quarter of the season for a full refund. Any request for cancellation should be in an email to admin@sportievision.com, with a detailed reason for the cancellation including name, username and subscription league. Any request for cancellation that surpassed the quarter of the season will be refunded a pro-rated amount of the subscription plan based on how long they were using the services at SportieVision.com.
Information Collection and Use
SportieVision.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates.
